It is best to keep it simple and keep one bug as one bug. Over analyzing just causes more work and will probably end up being reported as a duplicate in the bug tracking software records.

Lastly, as a beginner writing reports in the proper manner is very important. Looking over past reports and getting to know the necessary information that should be included is very important. Bug reports are the key to bug tracking so they have to be accurate and uniform.
